What does this service include?
While interior engineering deals with technical and architectural modifications of a space in terms of functionality, interior design focuses on aesthetic design, materials, furniture, and the final ambiance – and in our case, also includes complete execution documentation.
▪Conceptual design and 3D visualisation. We develop conceptual solutions through photorealistic 3D renders, defining style, colour palette, textures, and lighting. This visually materialises your vision and provides a clear picture of the future space before works begin — from the furniture layout down to the finest details.
▪ All space categories. We create interior design projects for residential spaces (family homes, apartments, and flats), commercial and office buildings, as well as for demanding commercial and hospitality spaces (premises, restaurants, hotels) – in accordance with the specific needs of your brand or lifestyle.
▪ Execution project and specifications (interior design project). We create complete technical documentation necessary for precise execution of work on site. This includes detailed plans for foundations, demolition and construction, lighting and electrical installations, tile and flooring layouts, as well as detailed drawings of custom furniture.
▪ Material selection and fitout coordination. Our team selects and provides detailed specifications (shopping lists) for all interior elements: from individual furniture pieces and lighting, through curtains and wallpapers, to final floor and wall finishes. This gives the client full control over the budget and precise procurement at every step.
