About Us

The team is led by a principal designer, a master architect, and a PhD candidate in the field of artificial intelligence applications in architecture. Our team of independent licensed engineers from all disciplines works on projects – from civil engineers, designers of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic installations, to urban planners. The combination of experience and academic education allows us to introduce advanced tools into daily practice that optimize the workflow. Regardless of the project's scale, our focus always remains the same: meeting deadlines, engineering precision, high aesthetic value, and functionality.

Our portfolio includes the design of facilities in all categories, from architecture to complex linear and industrial engineering. To date, we have successfully designed residential buildings, family houses, vacation homes, and auxiliary facilities, as well as specialized agricultural and industrial complexes such as poultry and livestock farms spanning several thousand square meters, halls for machinery storage, silos, hoppers, mills, sumps, and more. In addition to factory complexes and storage facilities, we design engineering systems such as pumping stations, reservoirs, and irrigation systems. We also pay special attention to interior design for residential and hospitality facilities.

The key factor that sets us apart in the market relies on the chief designer's many years of work experience in state administration, specifically in managing administrative procedures and issuing permits. An excellent understanding of the Law on Planning and Construction, its accompanying regulations, and the CEOP system's inner workings allows us to manage the entire process safely and efficiently. We proactively identify and resolve potential administrative obstacles, thereby optimizing the entire documentation acquisition process.
