What does this service include?
▪ Technical documentation management and coordination. We assume the role of lead designer — coordinator between all designers involved in the process (architecture, structural engineering, building services) — responsible for the mutual consistency of all parts of the technical documentation.
▪ Consulting during the design phase. We provide expert consultations before and during the project development. We help you define the project scope according to your wishes, analyze location information, site conditions, and the spatial possibilities of the plot.

▪ Monitoring of administrative procedures (CEOP). We guide you through the entire process of obtaining permits and technical correspondence with the relevant institutions. We monitor the progress of the case through the electronic system of unified procedures, resolve requests, and ensure that the documentation is complete and in order.
▪ Expert review of project documentation. We perform a detailed review of project documentation for compliance with applicable technical regulations, standards, and planning documents. This provides the investor with engineering assurance that the project is technically sound and ready for execution.
