Architectural & Engineering Design

▪ Integrated engineering design. We produce mutually coordinated design solutions across all disciplines (architecture, structural engineering, building services, civil works, etc.), ensuring compliance with the fundamental requirements for a building: mechanical resistance and stability, safety in use, and durability.

▪ All building categories. We prepare technical documentation for buildings in categories A, B, and C — from single-family houses and residential and commercial buildings through to demanding industrial facilities — as well as for engineering structures in category D, in accordance with the Building Classification Regulations.

▪ Complete documentation and procedure management through CEOP. We prepare all types of technical documentation: conceptual solution (IDR), preliminary design (IDP), design for building permit (PGD), design for construction (PZI), and as-built design (PIO). On behalf of the client we manage the entire unified procedure electronically through CEOP — from location conditions and building permit, through construction notification and foundation and structural reports, to the occupancy permit and cadastral registration.

▪ Regulatory compliance. Our team of licensed designers and permanent associates holds the appropriate licences and is registered with the register of licensed engineers and architects. All documentation is prepared in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction, technical regulations, standards, and rulebooks of the Republic of Serbia, providing the client with legal and technical security at every stage of the project.
