On behalf of the client we manage the entire unified procedure electronically through CEOP \u2014 from location conditions and building permit, through construction notification and foundation and structural reports, to the occupancy permit and cadastral registration.<\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>\u25aa Regulatory compliance. <\/strong> Our team of licensed designers and permanent associates holds the appropriate licences and is registered with the register of licensed engineers and architects. All documentation is prepared in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction, technical regulations, standards, and rulebooks of the Republic of Serbia, providing the client with legal and
